Initial Athlete Consultation
The program begins with a full athlete assessment to understand your current physique, training routine and competition goals.
This includes:

• Competition division and federation review
• Timeline planning leading into show day
• Lifestyle and training schedule evaluation
Personalised Nutrition Plan
You will receive a structured nutrition strategy tailored specifically to your physique and competition timeline.
Your plan will include:

• Custom macronutrient breakdown
• Training day vs rest day nutrition guidance
• Structured meal options to support performance and fat loss
Weekly Coaching Check-Ins
